We provide a complete training course, which prepares you to teach any of our groups, with students of all levels, from 2 to 11 years old.

Our Teacher Training Course consists of: a 16-hour Training Course, in which you will learn:

• THE KIDS CLUB methodology and techniques
• The learning process of a child
• How to use all of our materials, book by book, level by level
• How to teach Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills
• Story-telling techniques
• Teaching English through songs
• Teaching Phonics
• How to play our games and work with our activities
• Our Bilingual Program
• The psychological aspects of teaching a second language to young learners

This Training Course can be taken locally or at our Head Offices, in São Paulo, where it’s offered 4/5 times a year.

After successfully completing the Teacher Training Course, you will begin teaching a few groups, where you will be supervised by the local Academic Coordinator, or the franchisee him/herself, who will provide guidance and in-house training whenever necessary. This supervision will last for as long as it takes until you are comfortable enough to handle the classes by yourself.

THE KIDS CLUB also offers weekly meetings with the local Academic Coordinators or with the franchisee, to prepare classes and materials and discuss classroom issues.

Continuing Training Courses are also offered throughout the year, both in the classroom and online.
